I’m pivoting to a new line of ultra-processed, single-molecule “plants” in a bottle: no fiber, no secondary metabolites, no terroir, and definitely no pesky biodiversity to confuse the data.

The magic of botanicals is the complexity, the ecological context, and the thousands of molecules working together: our job is to respect & put value to that, not strip it away. 😉 🌿 💚
