Red clover is a pinkish-purple, globe-shaped flower that grows abundantly in meadows and pastures. Celebrated for its high content of natural phytoestrogens, it has long been used to support hormonal balance, particularly during menopause and menstruation. In addition to its role in women’s health, red clover is also known for its blood-cleansing properties and use in traditional skin and respiratory remedies.
