This research explores the therapeutic potential of Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis) extract in treating skin burns.
Researchers tested the extract’s ability to promote wound healing and reduce inflammation in burn-affected skin.
The results indicated that the bioactive compounds in Aleppo pine, which include phenolics and terpenoids, contributed to faster healing by enhancing skin regeneration, reducing inflammation, and minimizing scar formation.
These findings suggest Aleppo pine extract could be a promising natural remedy for burn treatment, supporting its use in developing topical therapies for skin injuries.
